COVID-19 Update: Stay-at-Home Order from Governor

Dear Clients,

In response to the latest directive from Governor Gretchen Whitmer, we will implement the following protocols:

  • We are not allowing any clients into our building as of 12 noon, Monday, March 23, 2020.  The front door will remain locked at all times.
  • Please arrive with your canine family member wearing a sturdy snug collar and leash attached.  For felines, please arrive with them in a carrier.
  • When you arrive at our office, please stay in your car.  Call us from your car upon arrival and a team member will obtain, over the phone all pertinent information regarding your pet.
  • Once all information is acquired, a team member will come to your car and bring your pet into our facility.
  • The doctor will call you after an examination of your pet, with any questions he or she may have. The doctor will advise you over the phone what procedures are indicated for your pet.
  • When we are finished with your pet, a team member will return your pet to your car.
  • If you are not feeling well on the day of your appointment, please call us so that we can re-schedule your pet for a later date when you are feeling better.  Alternatively, you can appoint another healthy adult to bring your pet to the office.

We hope you stay healthy and safe during these most difficult days.  Our goal is to get back on track with regular services as soon as possible.

Dr. Paxton, Dr. Deines, and our entire Care Team
